Once your custom piece is finished and collected by the carrier, we'll email you a tracking link — usually 1–3 business days after you order.

You won't get tracking at checkout. Because your garment is made from scratch, there's no parcel to scan until yours has actually been produced. If nothing has arrived by the fourth business day, check your spam folder, then email info@aspenmaecollective.com.

For made-to-order pieces you have 14 days from delivery to tell us something isn't right, whether the fit is off or it simply isn't what you pictured.

Email info@aspenmaecollective.com with your order number and tell us whether you'd prefer a replacement in another size or a full refund. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days of approval.

Nothing needs to be posted back, and you'll never pay return shipping. Each piece is made individually for one person, so sending it on a return journey serves nobody.

We reply within one business day, Monday to Friday. No phone queue, no ticket system: a real person on a small team.

Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days after your order has been dispatched. You will receive a tracking number by email within 24 hours of your order being shipped so you can monitor your package at all times.

Each custom design page carries a size guide with flat garment measurements. The most dependable method is to take a piece you already wear happily, lay it flat, measure it, and match those numbers to the chart.

Between sizes? Size up for a relaxed drape, stay true to size for a closer fit.

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as PayPal. All transactions are processed through a secure, encrypted connection to keep your payment information safe.

Our made-to-order pieces currently ship within the United States only, free on every order.

Tell us and we'll put it right.

Email info@aspenmaecollective.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the fault. We'll produce a replacement and ship it free. If you'd rather not wait, we'll refund you in full instead.

Nothing needs returning. And if you spot a flaw slightly after 14 days, still write to us — we'll do what we can.

One note on colour: printing is a chemical process, and small variations in shade between production runs are normal. Significant colour faults are covered; a subtle difference from your screen is not, since no two monitors render colour identically.
