At Aspen Mae Collective, we want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase. If something is not quite right, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return Window
You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. Items must also be returned with original tags, labels, and packaging where applicable.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on where and how to send your item back. Items sent back without first contacting us may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
Final sale items
Gift cards
Items that have been worn, washed, used, or damaged after delivery
Items without original tags or packaging where applicable
Personal care or hygiene-related items, where applicable
Custom or personalized items, where applicable

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at info@aspenmaecollective.com.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review it and help resolve the problem.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Exchanges
We do not guarantee direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item, if eligible, and place a new order once your return is approved.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund has been approved but you have not received it yet, please first check your bank account or contact your credit card company or payment provider. Processing times can vary.
