At Aspen Mae Collective, customer satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.

Please read the return conditions carefully before submitting a return request.


1. Return Eligibility

Products may only be returned after they have been physically received by the customer.

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and unworn

  • The item must not be washed, damaged, altered, or stained

  • All original labels, tags, packaging, and accessories must remain attached where applicable

  • Trying on an item is permitted, however regular use or extended wear is not allowed

  • Products must be returned in their original condition suitable for resale

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.


2. Return Window

Customers must submit a return request within 14 days of receiving the order.

Return requests submitted outside this period may not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

This includes, where applicable:

  • International return shipping fees

  • Customs charges

  • Import duties

  • Handling fees

  • Carrier costs

Aspen Mae Collective does not provide prepaid return labels unless legally required.

Because some products may be fulfilled directly from international partners, return destinations can differ from the original shipping location.


4. Return Procedure

Step 1 – Submit Your Return Request

Send an email to:

Include:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Product(s) being returned

  • Reason for return (optional)

  • Photos if the product arrived damaged or incorrect

Requests must be submitted within 14 days after delivery.

Step 2 – Receive Return Instructions

After approval, our support team will provide the correct return address and instructions.

Please do not send items back without prior approval, as this may delay or invalidate the return.

Step 3 – Ship The Product

The customer is responsible for arranging shipment.

We strongly recommend using:

  • Track & Trace shipping

  • Insured shipping when possible

Aspen Mae Collective is not responsible for returns lost during transit without tracking confirmation.


5. Refund Process

Once the returned product has arrived and passed inspection, refunds will be processed.

Refunds are issued:

  • To the original payment method used during purchase

  • Within 14 days after approval of the returned item

  • Only for eligible products that meet return conditions

Shipping costs paid during checkout are generally non-refundable unless required by law.


6. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns may be refused in situations including but not limited to:

  • Used or worn products

  • Damaged items caused by customer handling

  • Missing tags or packaging

  • Items returned outside the return period

  • Products returned without approval

  • Products intentionally ordered in excessive quantities or multiple sizes solely for selection purposes and partial return intent


7. Delivery & Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information during checkout.

Please note:

  • We are not responsible for orders delivered successfully to the address entered by the customer

  • Incorrect address submissions remain the customer’s responsibility

  • Address corrections must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order

  • Once an order enters processing or shipping, address changes may no longer be possible


8. Lost Packages

If tracking confirms successful delivery to the address provided during checkout, Aspen Mae Collective cannot accept responsibility for missing packages after delivery.

Customers are encouraged to:

  • Verify the delivery location

  • Check with neighbors or household members

  • Contact the shipping carrier directly


9. Damaged Or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

Provide:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review the situation and work toward an appropriate solution.
